Good week, so far!!

Things are still going wonderfully well at PCI, so that's good. Despite the parking issues, and having to park on the street, but hey- more exercise never killed anyone!! Listened to the twins game at work, don't you love my Twins updates, and they won. It went into extra innings and was driving me crazy! Joe did good, so that was great! A bunch of my co-workers and I are planning to go see Evan Almighty soon, so that will be fun. I told them this was a posse assignment, and that I would not take no for an answer, and Salvy actually said he would come (he never does anything with the group!) he said he wants people to donate for his ticket for the "Pay for your pal Sal" donation. (Sal is his nickname, even though I prefer Salvy!!!) I just kind of wish I had something going on to break up the routine. You know how it seems like it's the same thing over and over again. I feel like I've been working FOREVER, ahh!! And I thought being an adult would be easy, boy was I WRONG!! (Right, mom!) Sister was supposed to come home, but she isn't! (sad!) and I do miss brother Kevy, he is on a mountain with very little ways to communicate, with a birthday coming up. What is with the sommers guys having b-day's coming up and me having no clue what to get them!! Oh well!! I do have an off day on Friday, so I think I have another date to sit in the sun and try to tan my very white legs!!! I'll let you know how it went!! Love ya all!! We are all sinners!

Let's see, where did I leave off! Oh yes, Saturday!! So I slept in Saturday, then on dad's birthday, him, mom, and I went to Sam's grad party. It was fun too!! Got to catch up with relatives, and my little Sticha cousins are so cute. They named one of them Tommy, after my dad (tom!) and I made dad hold him, and he uncomfortably held him, it was funny!! Also, anytime someone said Happy birthday, he said, "No problem!" It was really funny. You have to know my dad, to know that he is hilarious!! Saturday night was a relaxing one, found out the twins were not on cable, so watched the end of it, with them winning (YAH!) The plan was to go to bed early, so I could be up for church, but that didn't happen, and it is something I am requesting prayers for! I am not a morning person, and I could not sleep last night, so when my alarm clock went off, I ignored it for awhile, and then decided to go to the second church service, so I could sleep in, and I'm not sure if I didn't reset my alarm or what, because I overslept and missed church. This is something that happens from time to time, and I hate it because God asks for 2 hours from me every Sunday morning, and in return I don't give it to him?!?! Hello, what is wrong with you Kristin?!?! He sends his son to die the most horrible death in the world, and all I do is sleep in?!?! Ahh!! Please pray for me, it may seem like a petty problem to others, but it really bothers me when I do this, so PRAY!! Well, after feeling guilty all day, I watched the Twins win, and Joe hit 2 home runs (now I can't wait to go to work tomorrow!) and then spent the afternoon out in the sun with a book. I got a little tan (for me!) and then just had a relaxing day! Also, it seems as my voicemail is no longer working, which sucks because it only worked for a day, so hopefully Marta can fix it tomorrow at work, even though she will laugh, because she is so into technology, and me?!?! not so much! well that's about it! hopping this week goes by quickly, I love you all!! :)

Great start to the WEEKEND!! (FINALLY!)

I had such a great day today!! things at PCI have been AMAZING!! Work was really good, had fun with the posse (in bits, little Zac was there in the morning, Salvy at night!). I delayed my lunch until like quarter to 5, so that was pretty cool!! After work I met up with Jessamyn, Marta, and Jessamyn's boyfriend Ben, and we proceeded to go Rollerblading. It was a lot of fun!! Before they wanted to go to a sports store, and get some new gear, but when we got there the prices were super HIGH, and they decided not to. It was kinda funny!! Rollerblading was a lot of fun. The girls were not very good, but it was fun to help them along and just hang out outside of work. We talked and laughed a lot! We also saw our friend Mai, from work, jogging with a friend, so that was crazy!! After that we went to the DQ and then were off to see Knocked-Up. It's not the greatest movie out there, but it was funny. The language, though was HORRIBLE!! I "swear" every word was a cuss word, so that wasn't cool. They also showed some pregnancy scenes, where I was like, "What the heck?" and then they showed it again, we had some laughs on the way home about that!! Tomorrow the plans are still the same, going to Sam's grad party, and then sunday I think Jackie is coming home, so we can celebrate dad's birthday and father's day! if you know my dad, do you have any ideas I can steal for gifts?!?! That would really help us out, as we are not sure what to get him!! Also, i think it is very important to mention that Marta hooked up my cell phone voicemail!! yah, so call me and leave a message!! thanks, love ya all!! :)

Great Couple of Days!!

I don't know if there is something in the air at PCI, but things have been going so well. It seems like everyone is relaxed and things have been fun!! I hope I didn't jinx things for Saturday! My mom had some church ladies over yesterday, and my childhood friend jackie (not my sister!) came, and I found out she and her husband are expecting!! Yah!! My friend Marta (everytime I talk to her, I sing Sound of Music!) is from Africa, and has the cutest accent, while anyway Jessamyn, Marta, and I were talking about contacts and I thought she said "contact" and I was like, "you only have one contact?" and in her cute accent she goes, "Contactsssssss!" and it was so funny, I literally laughed forever! Also no one at work says that I can babysit there kids. i told Salvy I was such a great babysitter, and asked if I could watch his daughter, and he just laughed at me. know I've been asking everyone around the office, and everyone is saying no!! I know they are doing it to drive me crazy, but it's really funny! Good times at PCI!! I think her, Jessamyn, and I are going rollerblading after work tomorrow, so that should be fun. i also am going to my cousins grad party on Saturday, so that should be fun with my family. Also my dad's birthday is Saturday, and I have NO idea what to get him. Probably watch the twins on Sunday, and relax!! Yah! Well i will post more later, I am tired! I love you all!

Long, but good day!

I had a very good day today!! It started out very fast, and then just when I was getting ready to listen to the Twins game, someone decided to show up and be ready to get trained by me!! Ahh, oh well!! The training went very well, and the Twins did amazingly! They won 9-0 which is awesome, because yesterday they stunk it up losing 10-1. Joe Mauer was amazing too!! It just seemed like a really laid back kind of day today when I was done training, yes I did work mom!! But the managers seemed like it's not busy, go ahead a relax in a way? Hope it's that way tomorrow!! Nothing much else to say!! Tomorrow is Wednesday, so week 1/2 over!! this weekend is my dad's birthday, my cousin's grad party, and I think sister is coming home on Sunday! Yah!! The grad party is for the Sommers side of my family, so it will be fun catching up with them. My cousin has such cute kids!! I am kind of tired, so I think I am going to go to bed! I love you all, keep sleeping well!! Ha ha! :)

Fabulous Weekend!!

I had a very good weekend, despite working yesterday!! Let's see where I last left off!!! Work Saturday was fine, nothing too exciting!! The Twins lost on Saturday night, which sucked! Grandma is still around, so been trying to spend time with her, since she leaves tomorrow morning. Didn't sleep much last night, but got up in time for early service at church, which is good for me!! Good service this morning, sang a couple songs that mom and I love!!! Some adventures during the singing, ask my mom if you are curious!! The plan was to sit out in the sun with a good book, and try to tan, didn't happen though. Really exciting and nerve wracking Twins game, that I couldn't tear myself from. Joe was AMAZING today! yah!! so, now going to work won't be so bad because I brag to my boss about how great joe was! Grandma leaves tomorrow, so she took us out to eat tonight, to that Kimball "high school lunches" restuaraunt!! (spelling?!?!) It was actually pretty good though!! Now for the week coming up, I'll be training others and listening to Twins games. I'll give you updates on how things go!! Love ya!!

Survival!!

Made it through this insane week at work!! Yesterday was not a good day! Usually when I train it goes by quickly, and the rest of my day goes quick to, but of course not Wednesday!! Today at work was fine though! It went by very quickly, so it's just insane that some days are better (and faster!) than others!!! While I was listening to the Twins game, at work we were losing and then on my way home from the gym, I found out that we won!! So that was pretty cool, even though it was my bosses' favorite Twin (Joe Mauer's back-up, I like to say!) who saved the day, but oh well. Maybe he'll forget by Saturday, but I don't think he comes in on Saturday, so yah!! Anyway, it's kinda late, just wanted to update you on stuff. Since Friday is technically my weekend, plans for tomorrow include hanging out with grandma (she's been here almost a week, and I haven't really talked to her about stuff!), swimming and yes still trying to become a little darker than ghost white!! Twins game tomorrow night, but dad thinks we are going to St. Cloud as a family, so that should be fun, even though Jackie is at camp, and Kevy's in Wyoming!! Well, since it's super early Friday morning (5:00 AM to be exact!) I should go to bed!! I get to sleep in, yah!!!! Better go before dad finds me awake and "yells" at me like I'm 10 again!! Bye!!
