Guess what? I got a permanent receptionist job at the South Campus! YAH! so excited!!! it will be so nice to have my own desk! EEKK!! and not be a float! WAHOO!!! im pretty excited, and I love the girls there! Karen J, Karen W (we started together and have become really good friends!) and Tara. I'm pretty pumped!
and guess what else?
i move in a week! ONE WEEK!! AHHH!!! i am so freaking excited, but kinda scared too, its time to hike up my big girl pants and do this!!!!
So things are looking up! YAH! Go me!! and tomorrow is Friday! YIPPEE SKIPEE!!!! Its almost the weekend!!!

OH MY GOSH!!! how did I miss that Joe Mauer's birthday was yesterday?!?!

Happy Easter everyone!!! hope you spent it with your loved ones!
I had a great Easter at Westwood this morning worshiping my ressurected Lord along with my good friend Stephanie and then because it was so nice out we actually went for a walk!! I couldn't believe how nice out it was!! HOORAY!!!!
and the rest of the day was spent working out (im crazy I know!), cleaning and getting rid of more clothes. Soon i am going to have nothing to wear, which is a super AWESOME problem to have! yah for getting rid of the old, which is always nice to do when i move!!!

Happy Easter!
So excited that tomorrow is easter! YAH!!! Ressurection sunday is such a wonderful day, its the day my Lord came out of his grave!!!
I just hate Good Friday so much, just knowing how much Jesus had to suffer on my behalf is so sad and painful and I feel badly that he is always there for me to wipe away my sins and i am a HUGE sinner who makes the same mistakes all the time (and new ones too!!) LOL!!!
But Good Friday services at Westwood were so great; kinda. I walked in and there were Kleenex on the ends of the aisles (not a good sign) and then they showed clips of The passion of the Christ, which I cannot watch, it is so hard to watch! but it was a good service, but I'm so looking forward to resurrection sunday! YAH!
So the Sommers family celebrated Easter today! I love my family and am so blessed! We had lunch and then the Easter bunny visited us with chocolate and money (i'm surprised said bunny got the memo that we celebrated a day early!) but i do love that Santa and the easter bunny still come to our house! and the youngest is 26!!! CRAZINESS!!
after that we played some card games, and proceeded to try to tell stories. I remember one story my sister was trying to tell and she could not finish it because she kept getting interrupted! Soooo fun!!!
Jackie also took us for a ride in her new car Stavros (yes from Full House) and Stavros is quite sexy, i must say!!!
It was such a fun day with the family! I love going to Kimball and knowing that we are all saved is such a wonderful feeling for me! Thank you Jesus!! I just wish we remembered to watch the Promise or the ending, which is a Sommers family favorite! i know I attempted to, but I am sure I got interrupted and we never got back to it. Oh well, we don't just have to watch it over Easter, its a great passion play that we went to in Branson eons ago! i mean EON eons ago!!! Long time! it wasn't horrifically crazy today at work, or else I am figuring things out more! HOORAY!!!
and DWTS was so awesome tonight! it was Disney night and Donny Osmond was guest judging!! love him!!! such a great Monday!!!

i got the apartment!!!
and I move in two and a half weeks!! EEKKK!! so i've been packing and packing and doing more packing! man i am such a packrat! but i am so FRICKING exciting! i just hope and pray that my neighbors are nice and quiet!!! and that the move goes well!! EEKK!!!!

i have apartment news!!!
I didn't get the apartment I loved, but I found a different one, and I'm just waiting for my application to go through!! EEEKKK!!! so nervicted!!!
its so big, plenty of storage, it even has a patio and a pool and a walk in closet, and laundry!!! the kitchen is kinda small, but im just so freakin excited!!! EEKKKK!!!!!
should i say it again: EEEKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so now I am busy packing and cleaning!! please be praying that my application goes through! I'm so anxious about it!!!!
