Ha ha!
i was expecting it to be SUPER busy and we had to do an hour of overtime, and it was not busy at all and I had a pretty good day phonewise!
One consultant said I was the most patient person ever, which was nice to hear! i think I'm getting better on the phones, YAH!
Things have been going well, but there was one call where I had to talk to a deaf consultant through an interpretor, which was hard, and then she she got disconnected before and her interpretor was too lazy to call, but it was the interpretor who had to say that about herself, it was pretty funny!!! :)
oh well, i'm excited for the weekend, to hang out with my family in the cities, and hang out with Suzie on Sunday! YAH!
Plus I got word that my 5 year high school reunion is coming up and I don't think I'm going to go, both sara and I have said we both need to loose weight, get married, have kids, and not live at home and then we'll go! HAHA!
Well, its almost the weekend, hooray for may! YAH! (sorry!)

Wow, what a day!
It was not a good day, but I managed to stay positive and joyful and it seemed to work. I got up early and had time to get to work! Things were back on schedule, and not busy at all, which was good.
Then my calls started: I had one consultant who was literally SOBBING because of a mistake she told her new recruit, which was funny, but I helped her and now she's like in love with me, no lie. It's pretty crazy!
Then I had a consultant that I seem to get every night call in and complain about everything CM related for an HOUR, I am not even lying! I think it was just good to let her vent, but man did that get kind of annoying, my boss said she was listening in and said I did a good job, YAH! I was just about to go on break when this consultant called in to, talk about bad timing, plus some of her complaints were valid, but she complained about our hold music, are you kidding me?!?!
Oh well, the twins won! That was good, and Kristi made it to the next round for DWTS, so that was great too!
Now tomorrow is month end, and what I had to put off for today wasn't so much as I thought it would be, so that makes me feel good! God is AMAZING! Say it again...
God's amazing!! (no pun intended!)
Okay, so today not the best day! Had to wake up early, and that tooks a couple of snooze buttons, and work was INSANE! I'm telling ya, working early at CM is not for those who don't drink coffee in the morning, I was tired, crabby, and sick of talking to consultants, and I really just need to work on my attitude! it kinda stunk! some of the ladies were funny on info depot, not sure why they aren't so late in the day when I get in, oh well! I'm trying to have a positive attitude towards everyone...
starting tomorrow! :)
Its just been really busy because of month end, and it felt like there was no one there in the morning, except for those who switched for the day!
It was nice when Lisa finally came in, so we talked for a bit and then I had to do my pending, which I call mine, since no one else does it, and there was SOOO much that I didn't leave myself enough time to do it, and I didn't get it done, which I felt badly about, but my boss didn't mind, but I guess when I don't do my work that irks me, so tomorrow i just prayed that I will work hard, since I don't feel like I have been lately, but it will be nice when I get some sleep too! :)
after work I went shopping, and then came home chilled, and watched DWTS with kristi! I thought she did great, but the judges gave her the lowest scores they have ever, which sucked, but I thought she was AMAZING!
and I just had my quiet time with God and it was great! I just always feel better after I talk to him, most of the time I'm just thankful he loves me because I know without him I would be in not a good place!
PLUS, i have even better news that I can't post, but if you want to know, give me a comment and I will email it to you!! Its SOOO great, includes God, of course! :)
so, i think with the bad day at work I'm in a good place, and now that the week will be tough, but I've got God, so that will be good and I just talked to suzie for a bit and she's wonderful, so yah! plus we are going to my aunt's house this Saturday for my cousins first communion thingy, so that will be fun! my cousin from out of town will be there, and he is SOOO adorable! he's 2 guys! ha ha!!
well, there is my good, bad, and ugly day! Yesterday was really good! Sang Days of Elijah in church, even though suzie was gone, and then chilled out, but watched the Twins get clobbered, oh well "there's always TOMORROW!" from Rudolph! Okay I'm done, my hands are tired! i love you all and God as well! YAH! :)

Shawn McDonald concert!
FABULOUS!! I didn't know a lot of his songs, but lisa borrowed me his CD before, so I knew some for the concert!
It was so fun! I met up with Lisa at Perkins, and it was just fun talking, and I found out that her and Joel (a guy we work with) used to pray together before work, how awesome is that?!?! so we are going to start it again, because what better way is there to start a day?
All three bands were awesome! the first one was very rocky, and one of there songs was about rock stars being poor, and having to live on baloney sandwiches, which was funny! The next guy was funny and played amazing guitar! He coined the phrase Lovely Loser, which I thought was funny, so Lisa bought me a button with that phrase afterward!! :)
Then Shawn McDonald, and he was great! It was just amazing to be in a room filled with Christians watching someone poor out there heart for God, I read his story when we got back and found out he had a hard childhood, so isn't God AMAZING?
Well, now I have church tomorrow, and then relaxing with Suzie, watching the Twins, hopefully play some baseball with Kev, and going to bed SUPER mondo early for work, but it will be great to watch DWTS live Monday night, GO KRISTI!

Okay day, actually pretty good because I got to get out of work early, AGAIN!
I know, but its been kinda slow, and when they keep asking, I jumped at it this time! we've been trying to repromote our framing department, and a lot of cons don't like it, because we keep getting complaints about it, and by we, I mean me!! AHHHH!! i mean seriously, does it look like I can frame it, I don't think so?!?!?
Oh well! sometimes they just need to let out steam, and don't get me wrong, some of our cons are pretty nice!
I only worked 35 hours this week, which will affect my paycheck, but then I realized, so what? Its not like I badly need it, so hopefully its just a fluke! i think it will pick up next week with it being month end! I get to work early monday, which I'm kinda nervous about, but hopefully it goes well, and then I get to go home and watch DWTS for KRISTI! yippee! :)
guess what, it is snowing right now, what gives? This is SOOO ridiculous, maybe the saying should be April Snow showers, bring may flowers, or only we can hope!
Since I got to get off early, I watched the first part of the Twins game with Kevy, which was fun, and Joe was doing great and we had a 5-0 lead, and then the next inning, when he left we did badly, and tied the game and lost in extra innings, maybe kevy's the good luck charm?
But the end was fun to watch with my dad, even though he might be the reason we lost! oh well!

iffy day!
It started out great, one of my favorite songs on the radio: "Your grace is enough!"
so I thought, this is a good sign, and then I got to work and it went down hill from there! It was fun with my co-workers, my boss heard me take some good calls, and heard me talking about how working saturdays won't be so bad, YES!!
i am excited though about going to a Christian concert with Lisa on Saturday night, that's going to be fun! It's nice to have Christian co-workers!
pray for me tomorrow, at least its Friday! HOORAY!
PS The Twins got KILLED today, it was pretty bad, especially with Joe not playing! ha ha! :)

Great day was had!
Nothing to spectacular or exciting, i did get picked to go home early, so that was cool, but I did it to hang with jackie tonight since she was home for recruiting for her job, but then she had to go to youth group in a near town, so she didn't get home until later when I would've originally gotten home!! GRRR Jackie, grrr!!
We had fun tonight though, just chilled, even though the Twins lost! sad! :(
We watched an old home video of Kevin which is HILARIOUS! he is SOOO crabby and cranky in it, and it is SOO true to his nature still! its fun!
Well, now Lisa and I are going to a concert on Saturday night, which i'm excited about, it will be fun to hang out with her, and its a Christian artist! YAH! So many good God things are happening, which is SOO great! sorry I keep using SOOOO, oh well!

We also did file room work together while listening to Spirit 92.9 and singing and talking! I also found out that I am going to be moved back to Jessica's team and my podmates, YAH!!
Then I find out Kristi made it through to next week's dance, yah, which I will be home to see, MORE HOORAYS! and the Twins won tonight, which I got to see the ending because they are playing on the west coast!

FABULOUS and wonderful day, hooray!
It started out with Satan pestering me to sleep in and skip my nursery duty, but I did the right thing and fling him away with my covers!! actually nursery was very good today, lot's of cute kids, and it was fun!
After that I went to community group, and then came back to the church to do communion stuff, and found Suzie and Kathleen still at church talking, which was great. Kathleen is Jon (old youth pastor's wife) and her and Jon are planning the young adult small church service thing, which is what kathleen called it. I am SOOOO excited about that, its like an answer to prayer! Although kathleen thinks I should do a testimony, which I'm not so sure about!
then suzie came over for a bit, and then I hung out with Sara, which was fun! I actually got some much needed shopping done, which was good! I got a t-shirt, some joe mauer window things for your car windows, yah, and a high school musical sleepover type bag with super cute things in it!!
We had dinner and chatted, and then I came home watched America's Next top model with mom?!?! and then Kev and i played catch outside, he gave me some great tips and it was really fun too!! "Dert" is what I am supposed to say when I throw the ball, so I use my wrist, which is weird!!
It's just been a GREAT day, and now i am getting nervous, upset stomach nervous, about work this week! Its hard after having 2 days off to go back, but I am excited about things coming up, so hopefully I will get out of the rut I was in last week!

Fabulous day, despite not going to game!
So we didn't go to the game, but I did sleep in, and watched it from home! We dominated, they didn't let us score at all yesterday, so we got them back today! It was fun to watch us win again!
I basically just chilled, and watched some skating! I know I tend to be boring, but hey, its nice to catch up on nothing, especially with the week I had, I deserve it!
I did go for a walk in the back of our farm, which was fun, and found an old exercise machine to work out on which was really old, but we have lots of junk and cool stuff back there, including my uncle's old car when he crashed it, not sure why we've saved it for so long! ha ha!
I just got done with my devotion, and I have to say that that has been going well, especially when I've been doing it in the morning, and giving myself time to get to work and stuff, so that's been good!
Now I am getting ready to go to bed because I have nursery at early service, and then possibly hanging out with Sara, and more chillin! I'm kinda nervous about the work week, so if you could pray for me, I would appreciate it!

I was supposed to get up early for our employee sale, but my alarm clock went off and I hit snooze for a very long time! Whoops!
Work was good, usually Fridays are pretty slow, which I am TOTALLY okay with! Got a lot of work done with the phones being slow, so that was good!
Had lunch with Lisa, and she is wonderful! Since she is a Christian, it is so easy to talk to her, and we have so much in common! She also likes the Twins, which brings me to my next point. Here is what everyones schedule is like for tomorrow, when I want to go to the game:

Mom: Worked tonight, sleep tomorrow
Suzie: couldn't get out of work
Sara: Baby shower, baby sitting

Dad, said he would go, but I have to pay for EVERYTHING! gas, tickets, food, parking.... I love Joe, but I don't think its worth it! I told kevy last week we were going, but he thought I was just kidding, hello when have I ever joked about Joe Mauer? Plus it is his b-day, and I won't be there to help him celebrate! Oh well, maybe next year! But it will be fun to get a big group to go!

Needing prayer!
It's been a tough week! AHHH! to say the least! it seems as though every phone call I get goes HORRIBLY wrong, and now its not funny! which is sad! I got to go to the file room for an hour, that's pretty pathetic that that was the highlight of my day!
Yesterday didn't go so well! Work was tough, and then I had my Wednesday weigh-in, and I guess you could say I'm an emotional eater, so when work doesn't go well, guess what I do when I get home! i could really use your prayers about that.

The best part of today, when I got home! Getting a hug and some encouragement from my mom! cue the sappy music! she is seriously awesome, and helps put things in perspective, even when I have to talk to a brand new consultant for 1 and 1/2 hours, and I am NOT kidding either! Grrr, love ya momma! :)

The best part of today, when I got home! Getting a hug and some encouragement from my mom! cue the sappy music! she is seriously awesome, and helps put things in perspective, even when I have to talk to a brand new consultant for 1 and 1/2 hours, and I am NOT kidding either! Grrr, love ya momma! :)

oh wowwwww!
Of course, when I am tired and forget to save a copy of my blog, I lose it!! I am SOOO upset, but so tired, so who cares!
Didn't wake up so early, so didn't start it the way I wanted to, with the Lord, so hopefully I'll get up early tomorrow and my day will be better. Talked to a nice Canadian consultant who needed help with a persona imprinting order, and after trying to figure it out FOREVER, I realized that the system was down, so I felt kinda bad for her, but she was SUPER nice!
I also had another consultant asking for help, but wasn't sure about what it was, and then got mad because I didn't know?!?! Please tell me that is messed up, thanks!
Kristi advanced to the next DWTS round, hooray! The twins lost again, but Joe was a lot better, so that was good! Hopefully we go to the game this weekend, but I will keep you updated! I am SUPER tired, so nighty nighty (as i yawn!) that is what my dad used to say! ha ha!

What a CRAZY day!
So here's how it started:
Watching Kristi Yamaguchi on the Ellen show this morning, yah!! So then I actually stayed awake and had PLENTY of time to get ready for the day, which was a nice feeling!
I also just stayed in tune with God, which really helped to make the start of my day great! But then, I WENT TO WORK! AHHHHH!!
I found out my pod was working early, which I had done to watch DWTS, but oh well! Had some good calls, and I just think I am having a better perspective on work, and that everyone has good days and bad days, not just me!! ha ha!
Well it was INSANELY busy at work tonight! I'm talking 20 calls holding! I took like 80 calls today, which is A LOT! I'm so used to it being slow, that it can kind of get overwhelming with the busyness.
Oh man, some consultants I talk to are kinda out there! there was one that was crying because we got rid of, get this, a paperpack, that she wanted to give to her customers! AHHH! Then she was mad, talk about major PMS!!
Then my last call of the day was from a nice consultant, who couldn't speak English too well! Her name was some crazy chinese name, and then the consultant has a choice to put in whether she wants to have a nickname or not and on this particular woman's account it just said "Claire" which I think is HILARIOUS! crazy long name=Claire! (short and plain!!)
ha ha!
on my way home from work I just prayed and talked to God, I feel like the week is starting out well, even with the not so good calls, but that is okay! I think when things get tough it's God telling us to lean on him, and a way to see if we go to alchol, or food, or skating, or partying, or to him to get rid of our problems. It's always bothered me when people say that they drink just to get away from there problems, HELLO, they are going to just be there when the person sobers up?!?! DUH!
Sorry, I'm done! I gotta go to bed! I'm tired! g'night! :)

It's WARMING up, yah!
It was kinda nice out, supposed to get nicer throughout the week, so that's good! had an AWESOME day today! church was good, sat with Suzie and Spencer (cute little kid who likes Suzie!) and talked with some of the other ladies in our church who are so encouraging, one of them keeps joking about having to bat the boys away, HA! I wish!
After that suzie came over, and we watched some of the Twins game with Kev, and then took the youth pastors girls, Maddy and Gracie to DQ, which was really fun! The girls are really cute, Suzie usually does stuff with them, and she and kev took the Rowland boys ice skating last winter (!!!), and so she asked me to help plan something for the girls, and then afterward we came here and played pretty, pretty princess, which was fun!
i did find out that the twins lost, and Joe didn't play today, which was SAD! :(
Hopefully tomorrow! Actually at church I found out from our old youth pastors wife, that her and her hubby are going to be doing a vespers type thing for college age kids, which I think is FABULOUS, and a real answer to prayer, so hopefully that goes well!
Well, pray for my week! I am trying to get dad and kev to go to a twins game with me on Saturday (joe's b-day!) and Suzie said she might be able to go too! YAH!
I'll keep ya posted! g'night! :)

Fun and very LAZYYYYYY day!
I slept in, which was AMAZING! But of course I didn't sleep in as late as I usually want to during the week, oh well!
I watched some more skating, which always fun! Then mom, kev, and I watched the Sentinel together, which was good, and kev and I watched the twins win again! joe didn't do well again, eeekkk, so of course scott, remember PCI, gave me grief about it over email! but they won, so that's good!
And now I've just been relaxing, and am planning to go to bed early for church tomorrow, and then hanging out with Suzie! nice relaxing weekend! i think next weekend dad, and kev, and I are going to help jackie move, and now I want to try and get them to take me to the twins game that afternoon since its joe's b-day! YAH!
I will keep you posted! at least exciting things are coming up, so that's good! Have a great night! love ya!

Oh HAPPY day!
What a good day, despite going to work!! Oh well! The roads weren't bad, so I made it to work, and found out Lisa couldn't get out of her apartment parking lot!
It was kinda busy because so many people couldn't make it in, but that made the day go faster! i had some good calls, and one consultant said she wished that she had talked to me earlier, since I was so much help to her. That made me feel good, and then I got a Canadian call about an order that went missing, and we always have so much trouble trying to get stuff across the border, so it was a challenge, but its still not done yet! AHHH!!
Now I've been home for awhile, and just chillin' out!! Tomorrow I am just going to relax since I am SOOO sick of driving in this weather! what happened to spring?
The Twins DOMINATED today! Shut out game against KC, 5-0!! YAH! Joe didn't do well, but I'm still glad that they won! Tomorrow night I will watch them, and then Sunday I am going to be hanging out with Suzie which i am super excited about because I haven't seen her for a couple weeks!

It's SNOWING!! oh my goodness!
I cannot believe this, its the middle of April and its snowing!!! It annoys me, because it took me 45 minutes to get home tonight! AHHH!!
I did have an okay day at work! Nothing too great, and nothing too horrible either, so that was good, plus its almost the weekend, and since we are supposed to get a foot of snow, yes I said a FOOT OF SNOW, they might cancel work tomorrow, how cool would that be! Now that I'm home I want it to snow and snow and snow!! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! now i feel like summer is over and now its winter! AHH! The year can't go THAT fast!

Friday: Chill out if work is cancelled, if not work!
Saturday:
RELAX! Maybe play in the snow one last time! (at least its supposed to reach 60 degrees next week, hooray!)

Good calls at work, I feel like I'm getting better and better at my job, and then there was a consultant who accidentially hung up on me, and she just needed to do something simple, so I emailed everyone and said anyone who gets her can talk to her, and I got another call and she told a co-worker that she wanted to talk to the "Super nice girl" she was talking to earlier! I thought that was SOOO nice!
Good calls today, hopefully that continues! we did find out about some people being let go, which is sad! but now we might have a new schedule, and might have to work some Saturdays, I can't believe this, I just got done working Saturdays and now I'm doing it again! AHHHH!! I will keep you posted!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!
What a day! It was SUPER busy! Not again!! I guess its going to be busy from now on, no more breaks! oh well, it does make the day go faster!
The stuff I do additionally though, which usually takes about half an hour, took an hour and a half. The girl who also does it is on maternity leave! come back soon Andrea! :)
And it was basically one deal that took so long, ahhhHH! Oh well, the cons was really nice about it!

twins lost, because of a grand slam homer given by Pat Neshek, which is shocking! Joe did good though, another rbi! I think he's the RBI leader for the Twins!
Good news:
Kristi was awesome tonight with DWTS! She got a 29/30!! YAH!!
So, please pray the rest of my week goes well! thanks! :)

Fantabulous day, or LAZY! :)
Ha ha!!
Church was good this morning. Went with Kevy to the late service, and the sermon was really good too!!
After church I watched the Twins game, but unfortunately they lost, the only good news was Joe had a hit, and Moreanu hit a homer! Too bad it wasn't a grand slam!!
Then I just watched some more of my skating and now gymnastics tapes, and baseball coverage!!!
And later tonight kev and I said good night to mom and dad in there bedroom, so that was kinda fun to have a family gathering! I did Kevy's laundry and folded it, and i told my mom he wouldn't notice, or thank me, and so we bet $10, and then he thanked me, and now I owe my mom money, but I think she might not charge me, hopefully, right mom?!?!?
I am getting kinda anxious about the week! That is one of the reasons I don't like having two days off, it's better that we are closed weekends, because I still feel behind on stuff, so hopefully I'll have a good week!
And dad is going to Arizona next weekend, so it might just be a mom/daughter weekend! Maybe I can convince Jackie to come home too!
Well, pray for me! I love you all! :)

Great day!
What a great day! I slept in, since I stayed up super late rewatching the twins! I slept till 4:30 in the afternoon, I know that's horrible!
Then I chilled out and got ready to hang out with my girls, and Jessamyn's boyfriend Ben! we went to applebee's, and then went to see Vantage Point, which was a really good action/suspense movie about the president's assasination attempt!!
Then we went back to PCI where we met up, and Jessamyn took me inside since they have keys to get in now, so that was fun to catch up and see little zac!! he's such a cutie! Bunch of newbies too, that I didn't know! it was definetly weird to be there though!
now I am chilling out, and getting ready to go to bed since I have church tomorrow morning!! Hopefully Suzie and I will hang out, but I haven't talked to her in awhile, so we shall see!

After I went to lunch I worked on our folder making, and was watching the Twins online, so at least I got to focus on them, so that was cool! joe is doing SOOOOO well! He went 2-4 tonight, so I am very excited about that. I've been emailing Scott, PCI remember, about that, and he just won't admit that Joe is better than Mike!! AHHHHH!!!
I am so obsessed, I am know watching a repeat of the game, but I'll probably just watch bits and pieces, maybe?!?!

Sigh again, but good ending to the day!
The day started out pretty rough with a framing issue that I thought got solved months ago, only to realize that it didn't!! EEEEKKK! But hopefully it gets finalized tomorrow, fingers crossed!
That took up pretty much the early part of the day, and the Twins had an afternoon game, which they lost, but Joe was great! Wish they won though! i bet you guys are excited about getting my twins reports! ha ha! Torii hit a homer, which was sad, but okay! We will miss him!!
The day ended up in a funny way! we have this one consultant who CONSTANTLY, and I mean constantly calls in! She called me today, and then my friend told me she got her later with a totally different question! AHHH!! We all laughed though, and I think we are going to have a bet going to see how many times she calls in a day!!
I'm feeling pretty good, the weekend is coming up, and if I just remember that God is with me, and using crazy situations to help me learn and grow, he knows me best, so I gotta go with it!!
I'm excited to just chill out this weekend!! Love ya! :)

I don't know what is going on, but this stupid blog never posts right the first time!! GRRR!!
Do you ever feel like, now this is if you have a phone job, that you get the same questions over and over and then you get the same questions that you have no idea what the answers are!! AHHH! That was my day today! I love my job and my co-workers, but the thing about the CM call center is that you cannot be prepared for what these consultants are going to ask you, its something totally different, except when something horrible goes wrong and you get that same problem over and over!! AHHHHHH!!
Please pray for me, as you can tell its been a rough week!

Wow, what a day!
It has BEEN CRAZY!!! It was Seriously SUPER busy at work today, while everything was going on outside of work! the twins won!! YAH! Joe did good, no homer though, next time! :)

Since it was month end the phones were going crazy! I think there was one time that the phone stopped for a couple minutes!
Plus it was SNOWING horribly outside, that makes me SOOO mad! Hello, its April 1st!! GRRRR!!
