My weeks have started to become really busy, which is fine with me, but I have a routine.
Monday is DWTS (Go Aly!) Dorothy Hamill withdrew the first week, which was so sad.
Tuesday is bible study. I am learning so much and really love it!
Wednesday I mall walk with Sara, I CANNOT wait to get outside and walk!
Thursday Weight watchers meeting. I have lost 23.8 pounds! YAH! I am .2 away from losing 10%!! HOORAY! SO excited, i just feel so good about myself. I make sure i workout every day, even if its only for a little bit, and its really becoming second nature, which is great too!!
Friday RELAX!!! and i usually clean at work, so I usually count that as my workout for the day!
and this weekend i totally relaxed, and WORKED OUT LIKE CRAZY! which felt so good!!! I am starting to feel so good about myself, the tracking really helps along with the working out!!!
Well thats been my week in a nutshell, and next weekend is going to be CRAZY busy, but fabulous!
I am going to the twins game with Sara on Saturday (which by the way, they have been playing awesome; they are 4-2 so far!!) and then on Sunday Lisa and I are going to the Chris Tomlin concert and staying overnight in a hotel, since we both took Monday off!! So exciting!!! :)
Well everyone, lets have a good week! And let's stop complaining, because unless we do something to change our situations, we have no right to complain! am i right? I said AM I RIGHT?! Let's go guys!!! positive vibes for a fabulous week!!!
